XB Consultants is seeking a highly motivated Fund Administrator to join our team in Luxembourg. As a Fund Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day administration of UCI Part II funds, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day administration of UCI Part II funds, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate between the fund and the custodian bank or other service provider/agent.
- Verify invoices, fees, costs, and prepare instructions for payments.
- Treat emissions transfers and redemption of shares.
- Issue confirmations.
- Hold the register of shareholders.
- Emit portfolio statements.
- Determine and instruct payment of dividends.
- Servicing of securitisation undertaking, reconciliation of collection of receivables.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in fund administration within the Luxembourg funds industry, with specific exposure to UCI Part II funds as a plus.
- Knowledge of corporate administration and transfer agency oversight.
- Proficiency in Investran is a bonus.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- In-house AIFM environment.
