XB Consultants is seeking a highly motivated Fund Administrator to join our team in Luxembourg. As a Fund Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day administration of UCI Part II funds, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of UCI Part II funds, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between the fund and the custodian bank or other service provider/agent.
  • Verify invoices, fees, costs, and prepare instructions for payments.
  • Treat emissions transfers and redemption of shares.
  • Issue confirmations.
  • Hold the register of shareholders.
  • Emit portfolio statements.
  • Determine and instruct payment of dividends.
  • Servicing of securitisation undertaking, reconciliation of collection of receivables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in fund administration within the Luxembourg funds industry, with specific exposure to UCI Part II funds as a plus.
  • Knowledge of corporate administration and transfer agency oversight.
  • Proficiency in Investran is a bonus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
