We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent communication skills, and fluency in German.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial companies, from incorporation to liquidation. This will include organizing quarterly and annual board meetings, drafting and reviewing legal documents, handling RCS filings, and keeping registers up to date.
In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
