Our long-term partner is an organically growing PFS of more than 50 people that offers a wide range of services. From Accounting to Corporate & Legal Services, the structure offers a "one stop shop" service to its loyal client base.

This opportunity within the PFS is attractive for many reasons. Firstly, you will be working on an international portfolio of SOPARFI/Holdings and SPVs allowing you to learn continuously. Depending on your experience, securitization vehicles could be added to this portfolio as well.

Your Responsibilities Senior Corporate Officer - Legal - Corporate - PFS - Fiduciary

• You will work on a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI and SPVs primarily.
• You will be responsible for the preparation and organization of board meetings.
• You will be in charge of filing the annual accounts on the Trade register as well as other procedures that arise between the constitution and liquidation (e.g. change of seat, capital increase and so on).
• You are the key person of contact for your clients and do not hesitate to adopt a proactive approach, allowing you to advise them correctly and in due time.
  
  

Profile and Career Path Senior Corporate Officer - Legal - Corporate - PFS - Fiduciary

• You possess at least 4 years of experience as Corporate Officer or Legal Officer within a financial service provider in Luxembourg (PSF, Fiduciary) or even an Asset Management Company.
• You are experienced with SOPARFI/Holdings and SPV.
• You are autonomous on your files from the constitution to the liquidation/dissolution.
• You are an English speaker who knows how to navigate international business environments.
• You would like to join a PFS that cares about offering a certain work/life balance, while also giving you the opportunity to follow trainings and evolve in your responsibilities and the hierarchy in time.
  
  

Offer Senior Corporate Officer - Legal - Corporate - PFS - Fiduciary

• Depending on your level of expertise, your gross yearly salary can reach €80.000, to which you could also add a discretionary bonus, up to the equivalent of one month's salary.
• You will also benefit from meal vouchers of €10.80 per unit, allowing you to further increase your salary package and limit your grocery expenses.
• You will have the opportunity with your bonus to buy up to 10 additional days off per year
• Flexibility in terms of working schedule and the ability to work from home regularly are both aspects of a healthy and adaptable lifestyle that you may lead by joining this PFS. You can end the day as early as 4.30 PM, and enjoy 34 homeworking days per year. This is a full-time position that will still offer you a lot of balance.
• Working in this dynamic team that does regular team events (e.g. ING Marathon, Christmas party, Summer barbeque, Karting ) ensures that you feel good in this PFS.
