In the role of a Global HR Professional, you will be part of our team in Luxembourg and play a crucial part in the employee lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will be to drive operational excellence by contributing to the harmonization and automation of processes.
Your Responsibilities:- Employee Onboarding: You will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, including contract preparation, onboarding, offboarding, and internal customer care for HR-related questions.
- HR Data Management: Maintenance of HR data in our HR tools and databases is a critical aspect of your job, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information at all times.
- Compliance: Initiating, supporting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, including legal and social security requirements, is essential for this role.
- Collaboration: Close cooperation with the HR Management Recruitment and Payroll teams is necessary to provide excellent HR service to our internal customers.
- Payroll Preparation: Interacting with the Payroll team to prepare the necessary elements for payroll preparation.
- Project Support: Supporting the Payroll team on projects such as externalizing payroll by providing assistance on testing, creating test profiles.
- Digital Solutions: Actively contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and digital solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Fostering continuous improvement and development of operational procedures.
- Education: University degree or similar, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Experience: Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar HR role would be an asset.
- Skills: Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are required.
- Certifications: First experience with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central would be an advantage.
- Personal Qualities: A go-getter attitude, highly service-oriented, confident, friendly mannered, flexible, quick comprehension of changing business requirements, and ability to work in a team in an autonomous and diligent way are essential traits for this role.
- Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English; French and/or German is a strong asset.
