  • FOLLOWING UP ON ACTIONS IN PROGRESS AND PROVIDING NECESSARY INFORMATION TO THE AERODROME SAFETY EXPERT AND SAFETY MANAGER
  • ENSURING THAT DEADLINES ARE MET IN THE FOLLOW-UP OF SAFETY REPORTS AND INVESTIGATIONS
  • PARTICIPATING IN AND INITIATING CORRECTIVE ACTIONS ARISING FROM VARIOUS MEETINGS
  • PARTICIPATING IN AND ENSURING THE PROPER COMMUNICATION OF SAFETY-RELATED INFORMATION WITHIN LUX-AIRPORT AND WITH STAKEHOLDERS
  • CARRYING OUT ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS RELATED TO SAFETY INCIDENT REPORTS, SUCH AS ONGOING MODIFICATION OF THE FOD HEAT MAP
  • PREPARING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDITS IN THE AREA OF EXPERTISE IN COORDINATION WITH THE COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT
  • TAKING INITIATIVES TO PROMOTE SAFETY
  • PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE SAFETY MANAGER

The ideal candidate will have a university degree or relevant experience in a similar position and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
