The Supplier Quality Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Supplier Quality Manager and the team. The position is primarily focused on ensuring smooth communication and organization for quality-related tasks with suppliers. They will assist in maintaining compliance with Husky’s standards and supporting supplier-related activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and maintain supplier audit schedules
- Assist in tracking and monitoring supplier performance metrics, creating reports for review and action.
- Perform administrative tasks related to Part Qualifications, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Provide logístical and scheduling support for supplier-related meetings, audits, and inspections.
- Support the Clinic team with root cause analysis documentation.
- Update quality-related documentation and maintain records in compliance with Husky’s standards.
- Administrative support for new supplier qualification processes

**Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles
- Some experience in administrative or support roles, preferably within quality, supply chain, or operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data collection, reporting, and analysis tools.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage

**This is a temporary assignment from 4 to 6 months.**
