Transaction Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our project management committee with transactions, including obtaining corporate approvals, arranging for proper delegations of powers, and coordinating legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support PMC with transactions, including obtaining corporate approvals and arranging for proper delegations of powers.
- Coordinate execution of legal documents and track and trace documents.
- Liaise with third parties and fund teams to ensure on-time and proper completion.
- Maintain proper governance and legal records.
- Meet regulatory requirements for transactions reporting to the depositary and auditor.
Requirements:
Background and Experience: We are looking for someone with a background in corporate administration and secretarial services, preferably with some knowledge of law. A minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in the real estate sector, is required. Experience working in an international environment is also essential.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and German, French is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for international liaison.
- Team-oriented with strong follow-through and execution skills.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
