We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team at A&O Shearman in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Marketing & Social Committee teams in their day-to-day activities, including client events, conferences, and third-party events.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in organizing client events, seminars, and conferences, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
- Coordinate and co-organize third-party events with local industry associations and clients
- Maintain and manage a list of third-party service providers for events and review them regularly
- Assist other teams in organizing events and develop new ideas for events and research innovative concepts and venues
- Look for sustainable and innovative advertising items for client events and speaker gifts
- Assist with marketing and BD databases
- Support the team in producing video and podcasts
We are looking for a service-oriented, open-minded individual with prior events and marketing experience and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
