Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on banking and finance matters.
- Being involved in various finance operations, including secured lending, acquisitions, real estate finance, financial collateral arrangements, bond issuances, and listings on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
- Initiating and maintaining effective client relationships.
Requirements
- A postgraduate law degree, ideally complemented by an additional degree from abroad (LL.M or Business School degree).
- Meaningful experience in banking & finance / corporate / funds finance (5-6 years' post-qualification experience), preferably in a top-tier law firm with international exposure.
- Admission to the Bar in Luxembourg or another EU jurisdiction, or attendance at the CCDL.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international environment, sometimes under pressure.
- A dynamic, flexible, proactive, service-oriented individual with autonomy and expertise in both written and spoken English and French.
