**About our client**
Our client, a leading global private equity investor, is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Senior Associate to their Luxembourg office.
**What the job involves**
In this role, the Senior Associate will produce high quality marketing and fundraising materials and will act at the interface between IR and the valuations team.
- Production of high-quality marketing materials, with primary focus on ensuring all Request For Proposals (RFPs) are executed in an accurate and timely manner
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders including the valuations, coverage, investment and legal teams to collect the most up to date information and ensure coordinated responses to investor requests
- Take lead responsibility for the content of the RFP and investor databases implementing all updates as required
**Who we are looking for**
- Strong education with previous experience in investor relations, RFP writing within alternatives asset management or legal background
- Knowledge of or exposure to private markets is beneficial, but not required
- Detail-oriented with excellent project and time management skills
- Strong communicator with a superb command of verbal and written English
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders across seniority and geographical locations
- Highly collaborative, and a strong team-oriented approach
