Your Responsibilities Attorney - Law - Lawyer - Law firm - Corporate - Finance

• You will handle complex transactions, including incorporations, acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, and liquidations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, such as agreements and contracts, will be integral to your daily responsibilities.
• You may also guide and support junior lawyers, helping them stay organized and efficient in their work.
• You will maintain direct contact with clients and third parties, including banks, fiduciaries, and notaries, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in a Luxembourg law firm, which will facilitate your integration into the team.
• Fluency in French and English is required to ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• You are highly experienced in corporate law, including handling transactions such as mergers, restructurings, and acquisitions, which are essential for excelling in this role.
• Strong communication skills are key to building and maintaining client relationships, as well as fostering productive collaboration with your colleagues.
