HR Business Partner

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing support to department managers and team managers on all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal and external recruitment processes to ensure the right candidates are selected for each role.
  • Monitor employee career development to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Conduct integration and exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.
  • Develop and implement succession plans to ensure continuity in key roles.
  • Manage internal conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Your Profile:
  • You hold a university degree (BAC+4/+5) with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
  • You have 5 years of proven experience in a similar HR function, preferably in recruitment or career management.
  • You possess fluency in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
  • You have knowledge of the public sector and the Luxembourg labour code, which is considered an asset.
  • You are proficient in HR software and common office tools, such as MS Office.
  • You have experience in digitizing and modernizing HR processes, which is highly valued.
  • You have excellent communication and writing skills.
  • You demonstrate discretion and professionalism in your work.
  • You are flexible, rigorous, and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances.

The successful candidate will be hired as a public employee under a permanent contract. If they meet the required conditions, they will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant. Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record, dated less than 2 months, to prove their conduct and integrity.
