**_For our Luxembourg office, we are currently looking for an HR Manager._**
This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a hands-on generalist background in an international small
- to medium-sized environment. You will report to the Office Managing Partner on one hand and to the HR Director in UK on the other hand, and while you will be the sole HR business partner in the Luxembourg office, you will benefit from the support and work closely with the HR team in the UK, a team of 8 HR professionals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be a key **business partner **for the management team and help define the HR strategy and practices
- Act as the key point of contact for all employees
- Manage the full employment cycle, from recruitment to end of contract, including personnel administration, restructure, disputes, exit and settlement agreements
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, from business case to onboarding), manage recruitment platform
- Handle personnel administration related to absences, holidays, sick leaves, write polices when needed
- Act as the main point of contact for the fiduciary, prepare payroll instructions, review payslips and other related documents
- Organise and monitor benefit contracts such as complementary health insurance, lunch vouchers, etc
- Manage and update the HRIS (DSK/TIM)
- Support the managers with the yearly performance review
- Coordinate with the staff delegation when appropriate
- Training needs assessments and prepare the INFPC yearly reports
- Provides regular reporting and KPIs reviews to management and local administrations, prepare support and organisational documents, such as organisational charts, job descriptions, etc.
- You will be involved when needed in local and European HR projects
- Office management: Contract management, domestic suppliers coordination, liaison with the building management and maintenance persons, security
- Liaison with the IT department in the UK, hardware coordination, overseeing of domestic providers
Must Have Requirements
- You have a good knowledge of Luxembourg Labour Law and you are familiar with the main institutions in Luxembourg
- Proficient in English and French
Nice To Have Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources or similar
- Experience of at least 5 years at a similar level, preferably in Luxembourg, in an English-speaking environment
- A professional and commercial approach to HR, delivering business focused solutions to people managers
- You are able to work autonomously and be proactive, but also collaborative in how you work
- Excellent attention to detail
- A calm and methodical approach and a balanced, confidential and professional manner
- If possible, experience in DSK/TIM or similar HRIS including clock management
- Excellent communication skills
