Job Description

This role is based in Luxembourg and involves working with various teams to ensure seamless data management for shipments.

Responsibilities
  • Input data according to customs and export control entities instructions
  • Take necessary actions with Cargolux Stations worldwide to resolve issues and release shipments
  • Coordinate with other departments within Cargolux
  • Monitor shipment status checks for every flight to or through the US
  • Instruct and share processes with handling agents and Cargolux Stations
  • Assist customers and Stations as required
  • Keep all parties informed about freight status and maintain records of activities
Requirements
  • Secondary technical education or equivalent with a focus on logistics
  • Previous experience and knowledge in a similar position can be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English, with French or German being advantageous
  • Good knowledge of standard IT products and MS Office
  • Ability to work shifts independently or as part of a team
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations
  • Perform tasks error-free without constant supervision
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Working Conditions
  • A Certificate of good conduct will be required upon selection
  • Flexibility with working hours and willingness to work weekends and legal holidays
  • Workdays Monday-Sunday, 4-5 days/week, with working hours between 6 am and 10 pm
  • Potential standby coverage or night shift for out-of-office hours

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
