Do you know that lux-Airport is the operating company of Luxembourg airport, providing direct flight services to 89 destinations and employing 350 people ?

In 2021 and despite the health crisis, we welcomed 1.4 million passengers (compared to 4.4 million passengers in 2019) and we have the ambition to increase this number and continue to develop our activities

In order to achieve this objective and as part of the development of our Operations department, we are looking to hire immediately a **:OPS Application Manager (M/F/d)**

**Responsibilities**:
**_What you will be doing :_**
- Administrating, customizing and monitoring of systems
- Defining and developing operational system requirements as well as their parameterization and optimization
- Setting and defining of data requirements in context of operational needs.
- Collecting, structuring and prioritizing various requests within the framework of the corporate and departments strategy.
- Being responsible for creation and maintenance of documentation and training programs
- Creating and establishing Interface building between the "Operations" and "IT" departments
- Contributing to establish and review of SLAs
- Being responsible for analysis and eliminate errors
- Participating in the integration of new employees

Must Have Requirements

**_What you will need :_**

**Education / training**:

- Postgraduate degree (Master) in computer/telecommunications technology or proven professional experience in this field

**Experience**:

- First experience in project management is an advantage.
- Experience in the field of aviation or strong interest in acquiring knowledge in this field

**Languages**:

- English: fluent in speaking and writing
- French : fluent in speaking and writing

**Profile required**:

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to learn
- Good speaking skills and sustained written expression ; very good command of presentation media
- Strong focus to reliability
- Autonomous and agile personality

**Knowledge and skills required**:

- Computer skills in Visio and MS Office software, but also in relational databases and scripting language
- Knowledge and practical experience of regulations and directives; as well as ordinances such as EU-GDPR, ITIL, Business Continuity Management and ISO27001
