**About the Role**:
For our **Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg**, we are currently looking for a **Logistics Development Performance Manager **who will report to the **Logistics Development Manager**. In this position you will work as staff and support Development Project Managers in projects’ operational work.

**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will support the Project Managers in managing the evolution of the projects (from the concept until its conclusion) defining and controlling standardized ways of working.

You will also support the improvement of the SME (Subject Matter Expert) Logistics Community in all geographies ensuring the right alignment with the central SMEs, cascading information, exchanging best practices and working on continuous improvement processes and projects.

You will provide support on training activities, taking care of documents’ preparation for training related to Logistics while you will also perform training for Central and Local functions.

You will also be involved in KPI development where you will develop new standard KPIs that could be applied in all Ferrero geographies, as well as collect the proposal of KPIs for the Regions. Constant Interface with IT and Operations KPIs department will be required.

As the Logistics Development Performance Manager with regards to cost analysis you will develop a set of financial indicators in partnership with Controlling to support the project managers on the development of the project while providing continuous support in all phases of the project such as in development, design, implementation, and post implementation.

With relation to governance, you will support the Logistics Development team in the preparation of reports, meetings, indicators (agenda, pushing for respecting timing, coordinating streams, meeting reports, etc.).

Last but not least, in Business Case Management you will support project managers in the preparation of Business Cases by defining different scenarios taking into account the technical, operational and financial impacts.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **master degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics** and related areas and** 6-9 years of experience in Project Management, Project Management Office teams gained in FMCG **and/or in **consulting companies**.

On top of this, the key to your success will be your **strong planning** and **project management skills **in complex projects with multiple streams in multinational and complex environments.

**Deep knowledge and strong background of Supply Chain and/or Logistics **will help you meet your role’s objectives.

Having acquired **previous work experience in an Industrial/SC environment **of the** Food Industry** while** interfacing with different stakeholders** such as project managers, providers, internal clients across levels and departments, will contribute to your understanding and success in the role.
