**Vos missions**:
En tant que membre de notre équipe Finance, vous assistez le service comptabilité pour le volet facturation et recouvrement, ainsi que le Directeur exécutif dont vous dépendez.
- Préparation et pilotage du run de facturation:
- Paramétrage du système, contrôle des ouvertures de dossiers, maintenance de la base de données ;
- Encodage des éléments complémentaires à la facturation sur base des documents fournis par la comptabilité ;
- Emission, correction, enregistrement et envoi des notes d’honoraires ;
- Gestion des demandes clients relatives à la facturation ;
- Suivi du processus global de facturation ;
- Suivi des paiements clients et des relances:
- Monitoring des encours clients en collaboration avec le service comptabilité ;
- Emissions des rappels éventuels ;
- Coordination avec notre service recouvrement ;
**Votre profil**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau bac+2 ;
- Vous disposez d’une expérience de 2 ans minimum sur une position équivalente ;
- Vous êtes familier avec les logiciels de facturation et/ou de gestion (type CRM), la connaissance du progiciel DeMaSy est un atout ;
- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de la suite bureautique Office 365, notamment Word, Excel et Outlook ;
- Vous maîtrisez impérativement le français et l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;
- Vous êtes intègre, vous avez un sens aigu de la discrétion et vous savez gérer les priorités ;
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’un bon sens de l’organisation ; tout en étant autonome, vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
