**About the Role**:
**Ferrero Group Headquarters **is looking for a **Corporate Communications Sustainability Manager **to join the **Group Press Office **and **Corporate Communications **Competence Centre.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Covering this role, you will **lead the definition and development of global corporate communication priorities, strategies and messaging on sustainability and responsible sourcing topics**. You will also manage the dissemination of strategies, messaging and content to regions and countries.

You will **manage the production of responsible sourcing reports and supporting communication strategies and assets**, including social and digital content, on a growing number of sustainability and responsible sourcing topics.

Your activities will include staying up to date on the latest sustainability and responsible sourcing reporting trends and developments, including competitor communications, to ensure external communications efforts align with multi-stakeholder expectations.

Additionally, you will work hand in hand with colleagues in the Institutional Affairs and Corporate Communications function, as well as with Sustainability, Responsible Sourcing, Brands, the Ferrero Hazelnut Company and other internal specialists.

Lastly, you will** manage project budgets and resources, and coordination with agencies**.

**Who we are looking for**:
**You will bring knowledge from a degree in Communications, PR, Journalism or a related field**, combined with **6-10 years of experience **in Communications/PR.

You will succeed in this role thanks to your in-house and/or agency communications experience at international and/or national level. Your **specific writing and content development skills** including reports, statements, key messages and Q&A will be key.

Your **passion and knowledge about sustainability & responsible sourcing topics** will be highly valuable, as will your competence in **project managing communications initiatives**. Additionally, you possess excellent written and oral communications skills, strong attention to detail and a results-orientated, hands-on mentality.

Lastly, your fluency in English and your global mindset allow you to work effectively in an international context.
