**1 Communication Advisor (M/F)**

**à temps plein et à durée indéterminée**

La Chambre de Commerce est l’institution phare des entreprises et de l’économie du Luxembourg, regroupant l’ensemble des entreprises luxembourgeoises exerçant des activités industrielles, commerciales, financières, de services et émanant du secteur de l’Horeca.

Elle représente aujourd’hui quelque 90.000 entreprises, intervenant à raison de 80% dans le PIB luxembourgeois et occupant 75% du total de l’emploi salarié.

Le département “Business Development & CSR” de la Chambre de Commerce pilote et coordonne la démarche de développement durable de la Chambre de Commerce qui s’articule autour des piliers Sustainable Business, Community, Planet et People.

Au sein de l’équipe, le poste à pourvoir s’intègre dans le développement de la **House of Sustainability** - portail d’entrée futur pour toutes les entreprises intéressées par la _Corporate Sustainability_ et fédérant les acteurs et initiatives nationales autour du développement durable.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- impulser la transposition de la stratégie de la House of Sustainability en des concepts de marketing et de communication performants et percutants
- élaborer et mettre en oeuvre un plan de communication pour la future House of Sustainability avec les principales parties prenantes
- développer le portail web et en assurer la gestion quotidienne
- contribuer à la rédactions et/ou relecture de contenus tels que des articles, des publications, des discours et présentations ainsi qu’à la réalisation de vidéos et de campagnes digitales
- organiser des événements, webinaires et workshops (en présentiel, hybride, digital) et mettre en place la communication autour de ces derniers
- concevoir des formats novateurs pour des campagnes de communication et autres supports de communication
- représenter la House of Sustainability lors d’événements externes pour promouvoir ses activités en faveur des entreprises luxembourgeoises
- évaluer et analyser l’impact des activités engagées et proposer des adaptations au besoin

**COMPÉTENCE**S REQUISES**
- être titulaire d’un Master en communication, marketing, relations publiques, ou assimilés
- se prévaloir d’une expérience idéalement entre 2 et 4 ans dans une fonction similaire
- faire preuve d’un fort intérêt et de connaissances sur le développement durable et le monde entrepreneurial
- disposer de très bonnes facultés d’expression écrite et orale en langues française, anglaise, luxembourgeoise et allemande
- posséder d’excellentes capacités de synthèse pour simplifier et vulgariser des contenus complexes
- avoir de l’expérience avec un Content Management System et le web design
- utiliser couramment les outils informatiques MS Office et être à l’aise avec l’utilisation simultanée de plusieurs autres outils digitaux (Sharepoint, MS Dynamics, Jira,) ;
- disposer d’une aisance sur les réseaux sociaux
- posséder de bonnes capacités relationnelles
- être curieux, investi et savoir faire preuve d’autonomie et de flexibilité
- être doté d’un sens du service développé et savoir communiquer et travailler efficacement en équipe afin de fournir un service de haute qualité.
