Senior Agent Parts Expedition

TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and book all Cargolux unserviceable aircraft parts into inhouse booking system and prepare documentation accordingly
- Handle and bring parts to the correct storage location for further disposition
- Liaise with respective department to solve general part number/serial number issues
- Follow up on open discrepancies/quarantined parts
- Ensure that part is on our capability list prior issuing repair order
- Verify the warranty status prior repair order process
- Raise repair orders in the inhouse booking system with all relevant details
- Prepare disposition of parts to production shops
- Process parts as per customer requests and regulations
- Secure necessary technical information on material
- Seek expertise from other departments as required
- Maintain files of all processed parts
- Administer and process aircraft parts to be scrapped
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- General school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent (e.g. A-Level, BAC, Abitur)
- Relevant working experience will be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of TRAX will be considered as an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language will be considered as an advantage
- Technical aircraft knowledge will be considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Have very good communication skills
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full time position based in Luxembourg
- Flexible working hours between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.
- Occasional travel might be required
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
