Payments Processing Intern

En tant que « Payments Processing Intern », vous intégrerez une équipe de 13 personnes au sein du département Lending & Payments Operations pour un stage conventionné de minimum 6 mois.

L’équipe « Payments Processing » a la charge du traitement de tous les types de paiements de la Banque (entrées de fonds, ordre de paiements, paiements par cartes, domiciliations ) pour la clientèle Retail et Wholesale Banking et s’occupe principalement des tâches suivantes:

- Contrôle et validation de toutes les opérations de paiement et de cash-management, quels que soient les canaux d’entrée et de sortie, et la complexité de l’opération ;
- Traitement des instructions des clients (internes ou externes) en respectant les cut-off time, l’avisement trésorerie, les contrôle des pouvoirs, etc. et ainsi garantir la bonne exécution des opérations de nos clients ;
- Analyse des opérations de paiements complexes afin d’y apporter le traitement adéquat ;
- Information et conseil aux clients internes sur les produits et circuits de paiements, sur le traitement des opérations et la réglementation.

Votre mission consiste à:

- Assurer la réception, le contrôle des pouvoirs et signatures, ainsi que le dispatching des instructions de paiement non électroniques reçues dans le respect des procédures en vigueur ;
- Assurer diverses tâches administratives et techniques au sein du département : Paiement de frais interbancaires, facturation, recherches,
- Assurer les divers contrôles post-trade ;
- Participer aux projets d’amélioration des processus et de partage des connaissances.

Profil:

- Formation_:

- Minimum BAC +3 en économie/finance ou diplôme équivalent.
- Expérience_:

- Une première expérience dans une fonction similaire sera considérée comme un avantage.
- Compétences_:

- Bonnes capacités d’analyse, de jugement et de communication ;
- Rigueur administrative et excellente organisation notamment dans la gestion des priorités ;
- Esprit d'initiative et potentiel d’autonomie dans le travail ;
- Grande motivation d’apprentissage et d’engagement dans la fonction ;
- Flexibilité et proactivité dans la prise en charge des tâches journalières ;
- Importante orientation client et aptitudes confirmées pour le travail en équipe.
- Langues_:

- La maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais sont indispensables.
