Continuous Improvement Leader

**Vos missions au quotidien**:
**Mission**: The Continous Improvement Leader is a strategic transversal actor in the cultural transformation of the department. In collaboration with the Department Management, disseminates the culture's development of the continuous improvement practices relying on Lean Management tools as well as specific tools develop in these context. He/she supports the deployment of managerial practices within the Department by accompanying the managers and team leaders on a daily basis and as often as necessary in morning meetings management, solving issue.
He/She reports to the local head of TTD/BIP in Luxembourg and is part of a larger community of CI Leader in SGSS as well as in SG Luxembourg, to share best practices and to be aligned with SGSS global and local top management stakes and priorities.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:
**Contribution to the strategy**
- Contributes to the international strategy being part of the CI leaders community ;
- Deploy the different waves within the teams ;
- Animating the community of managers with enthusiasm, good humor and leadership.

**Development of the continuous improvement culture**
- Promotes and develops the continuous improvement culture through the operational and managerial department teams;
- Elaborates and animates workshops related to change management and the need to work differently when required;
- Contributes to the local and international CI strategy of the department.***
**Support to Management and operational teams**
- Accompanies managers and collaborators to become autonomous in the use of continous improvement tools for their perimeter;
- Accompanies managers in their role of manager especially in terms of efficiency and change management ;
- Supports managers on the 5 main axes decided by SGSS Direction: Strengthen performance dialogue (bottom-up and top-down communication, Piloting and monitoring of activities and priorities) ; share best practices ; develop people; develop a continous delivery culture ; managerial posture (manager leader, collective intelligence, co-constrction, responsiveness ans autonomy) ;
- Identifies main teams stakes and helps managers to address them ;
- Animates the community of managers with enthusiasm and leadership.

**Support to operational teams**
- Pushes transformation and change management within operational teams ;
- Ensures the continuous improvement is considered as a reflex in the day-to-day management and solving issue ;
- Listens to the team members to propose new processes or to adapt the existing ones.

**Operational skills**
- Bac +5 or equivalent ;
- Experience in management is a strength ;
- Experience on project management (Workshop-group animation), /Lean management project (methodology, tools) is a strength ;
- Knowledge of banking and financial activities ;
- Knowledge of Lean Management tools and methodologies ;
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies ;
- Good knowledge of improvement tools and processes ;
- Advanced level of French and English.***
