**About the Role**:
For our Ferrero Group Headquarter, we are currently looking for an **Organization & Improvement Industrial Manager **who will become part of our **HR&OI Department**, based in **Luxembourg**.

Thanks to this exciting and challenging opportunity, you will support the Head of Organization & Improvement Industrial & Supply in an effective support of the organizational evolution, in terms of structure, governance and processes, towards the achievement of the business objectives.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Covering this position, you will oversee the development and implementation the **organization design** to support Ferrero Group evolution in terms of integration mechanisms, new roles and responsibilities, new processes for Central and Area industrial functions, Plants and third parties connected to the Plants. You will be responsible for performing gap analysis and defining organizational evolution plans. You will proactively identify and address **key organizational issues**, and define projects and initiatives of **change management, **acting as a **change agent **by providing methodologies and argumentations.

You will manage the implementation of **organizational projects **at Industrial department level and participate in **transformation projects**, providing updates and proposals to manage issues and prioritization.

As Organization & Improvement Industrial Manager, you will plan, design and monitor Global Industrial departments **governance mechanisms** to ensure main processes are structured and required actors are involved.

Your contribution will be key in the **definition of Group Policies** in line with corporate processes, in **risk assessments** and in addressing remediation priorities considering organization projects ongoing.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your university degree background in Business Management or Engineering, or other related fields and at least 10 years of experience in roles in Organization Improvement within a multinational environment. You have accumulated a strong background in **managing continuous improvement projects for Industrial world **and are able to work in a flexible enivornment and on multiple fronts.

**Stakeholders management and influencing skills** are essential traits. Your core skills should also encompass strong analytical capabilties and ability to provide leadership in a large and complex organization.

Your role also demands being results-oriented, curious to learn, and able to balance and execute on many initiatives in parallel.

Your **experience and passion for process and harmonization **and your **deep knowledge of Project Management and Change Management principles, methodologies and tools **will help you to achieve the role’s objectives.
Your **fluency in English **serves to interact within a multicultural context.
