Actuellement, nous collaborons avec une fiduciaire ambitieuse au centre-ville de Luxembourg dans leur recherche de leur nouveau collaborateur en tant que Relationship Manager Legal. Cette fiduciaire accompagne une clientèle variée comprenant des entités financières telle que des SCSPs, Soparfis, Holdings et Titrisation.
Ayez votre propre portefeuille de clients diversifiés et approfondissez davantage votre technicité
Vous rejoindrez une organisation comptant à ce jour une dizaine de talents, Corporates et Comptables, parmi lesquels règne une superbe ambiance contribuant à un environnement de travail convivial et agréable où vous n’aurez pas l’impression d’être un simple numéro mais reconnu pour votre propre valeur.

Vos responsabilités | Relationship Manager - Legal - Corporate - Fiduciaire

Votre rôle de Relationship Manager Legal implique la gestion complète de votre portefeuille clients, de la constitution à la liquidation des entités introduites par vos clients.

Vous serez en charge de la rédaction des documentations légales nécessaires telle que les contrats, les accords d’achat/vente, les actes d’augmentation ou diminution de capital, changement statuts, etc.

Vous serez en contact direct avec vos clients, et aurez à cœur de développer vos relations clientèle ainsi que vos collaborations.

Vous organiserez et participerez aux Board Meetings et autres assemblées (AGE,AGO)

Profil et parcours | Relationship Manager - Legal - Corporate - Fiduciaire

Vous occupez une fonction similaire depuis au moins trois ans dans une structure similaire sur le territoire luxembourgeois (Fiduciaire, PSF, ManCo).

Vous disposez d’un très bon niveau dans les langues français et anglais (écrit, lu, parlé), vous permettant une bonne intégration et de beaux échanges avec les différentes parties prenantes.

Vous vous décrivez comme une personne proactive, organisée et passionnée dans votre métier, et aimez le contact avec vos collaborateurs et vos clients.
