**Deine Herausforderung**
- Mitarbeit im Rekrutierungsprozess von A-Z, wie z. B. die Vorbereitung und Schaltung von Stellenausschreibungen, die systemgestützte Bewerberkorrespondenz inkl. Terminvereinbarungen, das Führen von Einstellungsinterviews sowie die Begleitung des onboarding-Prozesses für neue Mitarbeiter/innen
- Unterstützung bei der termin
- und qualitätsgerechten Meldung und Kontrolle der Gehälter und Sonderzahlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den externen Payroll Providern in Luxemburg und in Schweden sowie der Finanzabteilung
- Absenzenmanagement und Zeiterfassung mittels des Systems Interflex
- Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in allen HR-relevanten Themenstellungen
- Erstellung von personalrelevanten Dokumenten, wie z. B. Arbeitsverträge, Kündigungen, Bescheinigungen etc.
- Stammdatenpflege mittels SAP inkl. der Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Reports
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Kofinanzierungsanträge für das Bildungsministerium INFPC
- Handling des administrativen Offboarding-Prozesses von Mitarbeitern/innen inkl. der system-gestützten Bearbeitung von qualifizierten Arbeitszeugnissen
- Support in der Verwaltung der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
- Eigenständige Überwachung relevanter Personaltermine und rechtzeitige Veranlassung erforderlicher Maßnahmen
- Erstellen und aktualisieren von Arbeitsanweisungen und Checklisten
- Mitarbeit in HR-spezifischen Projekten

**Dein Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung als HR Generalist
- Gute Kenntnisse im luxemburgischen Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs
- und Arbeitsrecht; idealerweise Kenntnisse des Bankenkollektivvertrags Luxemburg
- Proaktive, selbständige, effiziente, lösungsorientierte und detailgenaue Arbeitsweise
- Absolute Diskretion und Vertraulichkeit, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, angemessen zu informieren
- Flexibilität und hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit, verbunden mit der Bereitschaft, sich gegenseitig im Team und teamübergreifend in der Matrixorganisation der VP Bank Gruppe zu unterstützen
- Gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office Paketes, verbunden mit dem Interesse, sich in neue Tools einzuarbeiten; Kenntnisse in SAP und in Interflex sind von Vorteil
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
