TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and organize material support (aircraft parts) for Cargolux fleet maintenance and customer aircraft.
- Create and manage loan and exchange transactions.
- Control pooling operation and purchase transactions.
- Comply with Aeronautical material regulations.
- Provide worldwide AOG (aircraft on ground) support to the Cargolux fleet.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Possess a minimum level of education to at least BAC, or other Secondary School level equivalent.
- A first experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
- Fluency in English, written & spoken. Any additional language will be an asset (e.g. French, German, Italian).
- Attention to details and analytical skills.
- Methodical and organized.
- Problem solving abilities and positive attitude.
- Be a team player be capable of working on his own when required.
- Good knowledge of standard IT products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
- Trax experience would be a significant advantage.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full time, permanent contract based in our HQ in Luxembourg.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Flexibility is expected with regards to working hours in accordance with our collective work agreement. Vacation and other absences should be planned in a way that they do not conflict with service requirements.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
