Our client, an important multinational Group operating in the FMCG, is currently looking for a:
**Corporate University Director**
**Aim**
In compliance with HR plan, Group requirements, talent guidelines and training plans, he/she will create and manage the Corporate wide training and development standards, expectations and measurements that build employee competencies. He/she will be part of the HR Leadership Team.
**Areas of responsibility**:
**TRAINING PLAN**
- Be responsible for the development and implementation of the Corporate University
- Ensure the quality of Group training programs through effective needs assessments, course design, qualified instructors, evaluation, training resource materials, and learning reinforcement mechanisms
- Be responsible for the University Online Platform
- Support the roll-out/extension of the Learning platform to newly acquired company
**BUDGET MANAGEMENT**
- Define Group Training University budget
- Ensure in line with business objectives the proper management of budget
- Develop cost effective training options to meet specific business needs of the organization and create a high-performance workforce
**TRAINING DESIGN, DELIVERY AND EVALUATION**
- Be responsible for Training activities design, delivery and evaluation
- Select and manage vendors
**HUMAN RESOURCES / TEAM MANAGEMENT**
- Manage people, ensuring a management system based on Group values, motivation, diversity & inclusion, competence development and empowerment
- Promote the proper communication and cascading through the line managers to the teams
- Recruit, manage, motivate, coach and develop own team
- Guarantee Human Resources professional development, evaluating people and proposing development initiatives
**Requisiti**:
- University Degree
- 20+ years of experience in HR with a solid background in Learning & Training function
- Experience within multinational Companies preferably within a well
- structured Corporate University
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide leadership to multiple disciplines in a large and matrix organization
- Problem solving attitude and ability to relate with different organizational levels
- People development and team management skills
- Mentoring and coaching skills
- English fluent
