**_Contracting & Product Support Agent_**
**_Missions :_**
- Être responsable de l'aspect administratif du département "Contracting & Product Management", y compris la gestion du courrier.
- Être le point de contact pour les questions relatives aux produits provenant d'autres départements. Répondre, résoudre les problèmes et clarifier si nécessaire avec le responsable de la destination et des produits.
- Gérer, maintenir et mettre à jour les données saisies dans les différents systèmes afin de planifier, développer et publier des produits dans les destinations assignées et/ou proposées.
- En collaboration avec le responsable des contrats et des produits, veiller à ce que la présentation finale des produits dans les catalogues et sur le IBE soit conforme à la catégorisation, à la segmentation et à l'approche commerciale souhaitées.
- Préparer et fournir les statistiques nécessaires sur l'évolution des prix contractuels, les performances de vente, l'analyse des destinations et la préparation des contrats.
- Contrôler et assurer les disponibilités des lits dans les destinations et négocier leur capacités de manière proactive afin d’anticiper tout problèmes.
- Assurer la bonne gestion des capacités d’hôtels dans les différents systèmes
- Rester la principale personne de contact en interne (inter-département) et en externe (fournisseurs et prestataires divers) pour le maintien et le développement de la collaboration efficace et stable dans la durée.
- Effectuer les différentes tâches permettant au département d'absorber les volumes saisonniers.
- Assister et soutenir le traitement des offres spéciales et des dernières minutes.
- Assister les Contracting & Product Managers dans le suivi des tâches ainsi que la mise à jour des différents systèmes.
- Toutes les tâches précitées doivent être réalisées dans le respect des règles de sécurité, de sûreté et conformément aux processus et règles établis.
**_Profil requis:_**
**_Critères mínimaux requis pour le poste_**
- Avoir un BAC+2 et une formation en tourisme ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente dans le domaine du tourisme.
- Avoir une affinité avec les chiffres.
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques courants.
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et d'une deuxième langue telle que le français, l'allemand ou l'espagnol.
**_ Critères souhaités ou à acquérir_**
- Avoir une connaissance de base du luxembourgeois et, si nécessaire, développer une connaissance de la langue de travail déficiente (français ou allemand).
- Être proactif, faire des propositions et prendre des responsabilités.
- Capacité à travailler de manière flexible et indépendante au sein d'une équipe dans un environnement international.
- Professionnel, précis, et capable d’absorber des volumes dans une période bien définie.
- Capacité d'organisation et de planification (respect des délais).

- Toute autre langue liée à notre réseau sera considérée comme un atout pour ce poste.
