Product Administrator, Client Support

Do you want to be part of our administration centre of excellence for proprietary investment products? Then join our multi-disciplinary team whose goal is to manage and oversee JPMorgan Asset Management's investment products throughout their life cycle.
As our new Product Administrator, you will be part of the team that develops and exercises the fund oversight through monitoring of the operational activity and ownership of the audit & consultancy relationships. Y ou, together with the Product Administration Manager, will be maintaining a robust and efficient control model in a dynamic environment, with principal focus on the Net Asset Value (NAV) oversight process. Specifically, we want you to be focused on execution of the oversight functions linked to outsourced activities, ensuring excellence of service delivery.
**Job Responsibilities:
- Continual improvement in the quality & efficiency of controls and oversight on existing products
- Prepare and maintain fund dealing calendars
- Perform ad-hoc detailed controls on performance fees & expenses
- Coordinate accounting queries & ensuring prompt resolution
- Deal with queries from internal management & stakeholders related to the NAV oversight
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Accounting experience of 5+ years, preferably in an international environment
- Solid understanding of products and accounting principles
- Extensive knowledge of the legal and regulatory environments under which funds and Management Companies operate
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently within multiple areas
- Demonstrate responsibility and ability to collaborate
- Show positive attitude to compliance and controls, show strong accuracy and attention to detail
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Familiarity with internal and external relationship management
- Experience of fund and instrument valuation across diverse asset classes
