**Duties & Responsibilities**
As well as delivering and maintaining ground segment including spec, design & architecture, your responsibilities include:
- Managing and recruiting for the ground segment development team
- Following GS schedule
- Leading trade-offs and selecting technologies and suppliers
- Preparing requests for information and quotations
- Delivering GS on time and within budget
- Lead reviews
- Contractual preparation with subcontractors and partners
**Required Experience**
You will have commercial experience as a GSM as well as:
- Fluency in English
- Management skills and background with the ability to guide a team
- Project planning experience
- Prior hands-on experience in software development/delivery
