Technical Service Representative (M/F)

Mission:
Provide installation, maintenance, repairing Production printers, and in some cases, training of users, meeting the expectations of the Customers, in accordance with the objectives of the technical department.

Role:
In addition to the Technical Services Manager's responsibility, he/she is responsible for:

- Perform his/her activity according to the needs communicated by the Customer, the calls made to him/her and according to the processes established by the entity.

Mobilize resources for effective intervention in 3 key areas:

- Ensure systematic customer relations and telephone contact (taking phone calls, handling complaints, communicating company programs to customers).
- Manage costs (parts, consumables, tools and assets).
- Ensure the quality of repairs, thanks to technical competence and mastery of procedures.
- Promote the company's image and services to secure/develop Copy Volume.
- Provide feedback on his/her activity (system reports), on specific requests from his/her hierarchy, on specific requests from customers, on competition (to marketing and/or the sales team), on suggestions for product/method improvements that may contribute to increased equipment reliability or improved service quality.
