TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Chief Pilot, and Vice President Flight Operations with various administrative tasks.
These tasks include but are not limited to the following: secretarial duties, monitoring of passports of crew members, monitoring of Lux-Airport parking cards, system update, preparation of medical kits.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Secondary education accomplished; Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Management, Aviation) is an advantage
- Previous experience in aviation is an advantage
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential data
- Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to prioritize work
- Being open-minded and relating comfortably with diverse groups of people
- Fluency in written and spoken English with effective communication skills. Other languages will be considered an advantage
- Have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Outlook
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Part time position (50%) based in Luxembourg
- No travel required
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
