In this role, you will interact Globally with Project Engineers to ensure proper coordination and management of various documents, such as Purchase order, Tacton quote, CRM Legal entities, customer accounts details, etc. prior to timely order creation. Team Travel and Expense management is also part of the daily tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for AX order creation and their accuracy
- Responsible for detailed order creation in BAAN IV
- Work closely with the respective Credit Departments to ensure full compliance
- Responsible to make Order revisions to meet business demands and customer requirements
- Close collaboration with different department mainly commercial team to resolve any issue related to Orders
- Maintain and update project schedule and project data in AX
- Assist with various project reports
- Assist Project Engineers in their daily tasks in a courteous and efficient manner
- Responsible for Administrative support to the Luxembourg Sales Support Team
- Participate in special projects to achieve business goals
- Monitor/maintain/analyze budget and spend as it relates to travel, employee expenses and office supplies
- Prepare, distribute and maintain various daily and monthly reports
- Other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
**Qualfications**:
- Trained secretary/assistant or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of work experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Computer literate/proficient
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in AX and BAAN IV for Order Management will be an asset
- Knowledge of Tacton and CRM is an asset
- Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and analytical skills
- Experience in an industrial, fast-paced work environment
- Solid written and oral communication skills in English. French/German or any other languages is an asset
- High accuracy when processing large amounts of manual tasks and data entry
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
