**Main missions**:
The Leadership Development Specialist role focuses on supporting the delivery of Global Employee Development Program (GEDP) frameworks, processes and tools which enable ArcelorMittal to manage and develop its people, to increase competitive advantage and to achieve its strategic objectives.

**Main responsibilities and accountabilities**:
The Leadership Development Specialist role supports the Leadership Development Manager and the HR community in the following:

- Ensure the proper understanding, deployment, execution, follow-up and improvement of the Global Employee Development Program (GEDP) across our organization. The GEDP is the cornerstone of our people strategy, fostering leadership development by managing the performance, potential, development and careers of our people.
- Update of the GEDP cycle communications on a yearly basis: guidelines, calendar, poster campaign, dedicated learning path and all related material:

- Setting of performance and development objectives
- Mid Year Review as the formal check point
- Year-End Review assessment of the full year
- Produce KPIs, analyses and reports to support the GEDP, Succession Management and Development Planning process (e.g.: quarterly BAR meetings, Executive office / Segment Career Committees, ARCG )
- Prepare and organise bi-monthly Leadership Development Panel meetings/web conferences, knowledge sharing, networking and training on-demand
- Coordinate the Leadership development initiatives across the Group: mentoring, executive coaching
- Research and benchmark on best practices internally and externally.
- Develop/improve tools, processes and solutions to ensure data reliability and increase effectiveness and quality of the implemented processes.
- Perform other related duties, as required.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, sensitive to cultural differences
- Team player, will work closely with different departments from different parts of the world.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes.
- Good analytical, project management.
- Fluent in English, any other language will be considered as a plus.
- Previous experience in Talent Management. Good knowledge of OneHRIS tools, SAP environment, OrgPublisher software, MS Excel 365 and 360learning platform.

**Education**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
