**Tasks**:
- The social media reporting consultant will be responsible for the coordination and roll out of activities on social media. Additional duties:
- planning, drafting, proofreading and quality controlling all social media contents, including creatives for social media;
- carrying out and advising on paid promotion campaigns and for liaising with the audio-visual expert and the graphic designer to coordinate the timely production and delivery of creative content;
- developing creative social media campaigns to advertise key messages, key events and flagship projects;
- developing and updating KPIs, recommendations and guidelines, based on evidence, experience and benchmarking, about the best use of social networks;
- monitoring the evolution of social media channels and helping to update the social media strategy accordingly;
- arranging and preparing live social media interviews with the stakeholders and financial instruments practitioners;
- preparing and running live social media reporting from key events;
- support the provision of training and advising the client team in the effective use of social media;
- management (including performance monitoring) of the non key experts involved in social media content and creative production and report to the Team leader;
- directly work on the constitution of specific expert teams, with the support of the Team leader.
**Qualification and skills**
- **At least Bachelor degree**, preferably oriented towards **communication, public relations, political sciences or (international political) economy**;
- Proven track record of producing copy and creative content for use on social media as well as management and planning of social media campaigns to promote events, conferences and other corporate gatherings;
- Proven track record of delivering paid promotion campaigns to increase visibility of social media profiles/pages for corporate clients;
- Proven experience in delivering Google PPC campaigns and other digital marketing promotional campaigns to increase and improve web traffic;
- Proficiency with common software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Proven experience of using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator);
- Experience in working in an international environment and with different cultures;
- Excellent command of UK Standard English including effective spoken presentation and written reporting abilities, attention to editorial detail and deadlines;
- Good command of other EU languages is considered an asset;
- **At least 5 years of relevant work experience** with a focus on communication through social media, using videos and infographics;
- Proven track record in writing, editing, coordinating and quality controlling UK Standard English web and social media content;
- Proven track record in managing social media campaigns in an EU context;
- Experience in delivery of services related to communication to EC services and/or other EU Institutions and/or International Financial Institutions/Organisations and/or managing authorities and/or similar assignments, as evidenced by at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
