Auf dem luxemburgischen Markt gehört die Paul Wagner et Fils Gruppe mit fast 500 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern zu den Marktführern in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung. Zum Ausbau und zur Erweiterung meines Teams suche ich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine(n) HR Assistentin (-en) (M/W/D) mit folgendem Profil:
**HR Assistant M/W/D**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du betreust sowohl Paul Wagner et Fils als auch alle Tochterunternehmen im Recruitment Prozess deutschsprachiger Profile. Hierzu gehört unter anderem: die Erstellung der Stellenbeschreibungen, das aktive Sourcing, die Analyse der Lebensläufe, die Planung und Durchführung der Vorstellungsgespräche sowie die Angebotsvorbereitung.
- Du unterstützt das On
- und Offboarding für die gesamte Gruppe
- Mit deiner regelmäßigen physischen Präsenz in den einzelnen Unternehmen identifizierst Du mögliche Synergieeffekte und arbeitest aktiv an der Implementierung laufender und zukünftiger HR-Projekte mit.
- Neben dem Recruitment unterstützt Du sowohl den Personalleiter als auch sämtliche Töchtergesellschaften im regelmäßigen Reporting.
- Vor Allem die Töchterunternehmen wirst Du administrativ zu den Themen CSR-Reporting, Compliance und GDPR unterstützen

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes wirtschafts
- oder geisteswissenschaftliches Studium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Recruitment und idealerweise auch schon erste Erfahrungen im Reporting
- Eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und ein diskreter Umgang mit persönlichen und sensiblen Informationen sind von elementarer Wichtigkeit
- Du zeichnest Dich durch sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus
- Kenntnisse in folgender Software sind von Vorteil: Skeeled, Sphera, Navision, Easygenerator, Canva
- Sehr gute Excel und MS-Office Kenntnisse sind ein Muss
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung
- Du musst fließend Deutsch sprechen. Luxemburgisch ist ein großer Vorteil
- Eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und eine tadellose Motivation garantieren eine exzellente Zusammenarbeit
- Die Teamarbeit und die tägliche Unterstützung deiner Kolleginnen und Kollegen macht Dir Spaß
