Trainee - Reconciliation Bank Operations

**Your team**:

You will join the Reconciliation’s team as a
- **trainee**.**Start date : 1st September 2023**
**Duration: 12 months**
**Activity rate: 80% (one day per week at school)**
**Your role**:
- You will have to help the team to achieve its goals in terms of private equity reconciliation and ownership verification in order to respect the deadlines of the auditors; but also to learn the different tasks done by the team to be flexible; and finally to participate to some projects.Responsabilities:
- To reconcile the private equities positions, to analyse the discrepancies, to dispatch them to the right department and to follow until resolution.
- To request to the different companies the documents in the frame of the ownership verification; to follow until reception and to analyse them.
- To learn and perform the different reconciliations of the team in order to take in charge at any moment depending the internal organisation; to work on specific projects if needed.

- Flexible and able to work under short deadlines
- Current university training in economy or finance
- Good level of English, written and spoken
- Good practise of standard IT software's
