We work with the world’s leading fund managers and administrators around the world to aggregate, format, and disseminate their fund data and reporting documents. This position is based in our **Luxembourg** office and is **limited to one year**.
**Your main responsibilities**
- Drafting employment contracts for new hires and contract amendments for employees.
- Proactively collaborate with other team members on various HR projects (e.g., developing onboarding programs, conducting employee surveys, or updating HR policies and procedures).
- Respond to employee questions related to employment law and legal administrative procedures.
- Provide consistent daily support on various HR related issues.
- Use your creativity to help plan, organize and execute team-building events and activities that promote a positive and cohesive work environment.
**Your profile**
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in human resources through a previous internship or entry-level experience.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in solving problems and completing projects.
- Confident in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Flexibility and willingness to work with enthusiasm on constantly changing priorities.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg labor and social law is a big plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Always striving to provide the highest level of service quality to employees.
- Motivated, dynamic, dedicated and highly adaptable.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. French and/or German would be an advantage.
