We are looking for a Customer Service Employee to join our Road Logistics team in Contern, Luxembourg
- ** Your Role **:The Customer Service acts as a centralized interface/ helpdesk between our customers, the Road Logistics department, and the suppliers.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- Interlocutor for all customer requests;
- Complaint handling and negative reporting in case of deviations on requested deliveries (delays, difficulties, damages);
- Organization of specific transports (express, etc.) in accordance with Road Logistics department;
- Repartition of orders to the responsible forwarding pools;
- Track and Tracing and load planning for specific clients;
- Creation and maintenance of different statistics;
- Compliance with required customer quality standards.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Apprenticeship as forwarding agent or similar experience;
- High customer orientation;
- Language skills: English and German is mandatory: French is a plus;
- Good experience in the Customer Service business;
- Good logistics background;
- Knowledge about transport/logistics processes;
- Able to take responsibility and to work as a part of the team;
- Ability to fulfil critical tasks on time, keep schedules and deadlines.
