Pour notre département _Destination Management_** **au sein de **LuxairTours**, nous recherchons un(e):
**_Head of Destination Management (M/F/x)_**
**_Missions :_**
- Assurer la présence et le service "guide" aux clients LuxairTours sur l’ensemble des destinations, assister et gérer les collaborateurs y inclus le recrutement et la formation des guides LuxairTours en collaboration avec les Ressources Humaines;
- Définir les besoins des effectifs par destination selon l’activité LuxairTours et en assurer l’organisation selon les procédures en vigueur;
- Effectuer le contrôle final journalier des dépenses des guides (en PayHawk), assister l'agent back office dans son contrôle et apurer les factures selon les procédures en vigueur;
- Etre garant de la coordination des activités à destination entre Luxair et les intervenants externes tels que les agences incoming, les hôtels, les autorités locales, les autorités aéroportuaires et les sociétés de handling afin d'assurer le service qualité attendu;
- Contrôler et assurer le service aux destinations et introduire des points d’amélioration en cas de besoin.;
- Effectuer le briefing avec le guide à l’ouverture et la clôture de l’année par destination, organiser le débriefing fin de saison;
- Effectuer et analyser les rapports réguliers et ad'hoc et assurer toutes les tâches administratives du département;
- Assurer un service de permanence 24/7 à distance, gérer tout incident lié aux destinations LuxairTours et répondre aux exigences de l’Emergency Response Action Plan.
**_Profil requis:_**
**_Critères mínimaux requis pour le poste_**
- Etre détenteur d’un diplôme de fin d’études secondaires, d’une formation en tourisme ou expérience équivalente;
- Maîtriser la langue anglaise, française et allemande (écrit & parlé);
- Maîtriser les outils informatiques courants;
- Etre orienté clients internes & externes, avoir une présentation soignée;
- Etre disposé à faire des déplacements à l’étranger.
**_ Critères souhaités ou à acquérir / Formation à suivre_**
- Se référer au tableau de formations;
- Avoir des notions en luxembourgeois;
- Etre capable de clôturer endéans les délais définis;
- Etre rigoureux, précis et résistant au stress;
- Savoir travailler en équipe de manière flexible et autonome dans un environnement international;
- Avoir des compétences d’encadrement, d’organisation et de planification;
- Avoir des bonnes capacités de rédaction.
**_ Candidat idéal_**
- Toute autre langue reliée à notre réseau sera considérée comme un atout majeur à ce poste;
- Avoir une expérience confirmée en tant que guide.
