As a future Senior Operations Manager, you will report to the Head of Operations for Luxembourg, and you will be part of AXA IM Global COO business unit.

AXA Investment Managers Paris - Luxembourg branch (AXAIM Lux) a wholly owned subsidiary of AXA Investment Managers S.A. (or “AXA IM”) and part of the AXA Group, is a Luxembourg based entity supporting AXA Investment Managers Paris (The Management Company/Asset Manager of the Luxemburgish Domiciled Funds). With more than 2,800 employees the company is present across the world, including in Luxembourg where 30 professionals are supporting the local activities. As of 31 May 2023, AXA IM manages 17 Luxembourg FCPs and SICAVs (UCITS and AIFs) and RAIFs through around 110 sub-funds, representing a large variety of expertise and a total asset under management slightly below € 50 billion.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

- Support the Head of Operations for Luxembourg to liaise with internal departments as a point of expertise / escalation in respect of our outsourced service provider
- Act as a leader of the team overseeing the quality of service provided by our outsourced partners
- Lead the AXA IM standard due diligence program for the Luxembourg office
- Manage errors up to resolution; prepare required documentation
- Perform and enhance where required the internal processes, controls and procedures as well as ensure SLAs with outsourced service providers are reviewed regularly and are up to date to meet our on-going business and regulatory needs
- Contribute to and attend Board meetings and internal committees as requiredContribute to and partake in the implementation of new products and or projects related to the business with our outsourced service providers
- Contribute to and lead service review meetings, monitor the quality of service delivered by our outsourced service providers to maintain high standards*
- Contribute to the Funds Audit process and review of the Financial Statement
- Funds Invoice and Budget monitoring

Your qualifications and experience
- University degree - Additional degrees, qualifications, or certifications are a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in the asset management industry (management company, fund administrator, audit firm, etc.)
- Experience in dealing with outsourced service providers within a management company is a plus

Your knowledges and skills
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg financial industry and products, with a focus on derivative products in a UCITS environment
- Understanding of the operations of an asset management company
- Ability to acquire and expand knowledge of operations and develop the required technical skills and expertise
- Ability to identify risks, escalate when necessary, and seek support to resolve issues effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a small team
- Client, result, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to monitor and maintain the performance of outsourced service providers
- Proficiency in English is required - Knowledge of French is a plus
