**Your impact**
Provide tax analysis and support for VAT compliance and planning, including VAT audit
**What you will do**
- Coordinate the VAT filing & reporting and provide data to our third party providers
- Validate proper treatment and compliance of all accounting transactions
- Collaborate with relevant departments to include treasury, global supply chain and accounting for proper consideration of corresponding transactions
- Identify opportunities to recover VAT
- Reconcile accounts (general ledger versus tax returns reconciliation)
- Prepare journal entries related to VAT return filing and payment activities
- Assist with the design and implementation of procedures to reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual activity related to various tax filing requirements
- Support Audit
**Your required experience/skills**
- 4 Year College degree degree in Accounting
- At least three (3) years of recent, relevant accounting that includes VAT experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with EU aVAT
- Effective English language skills both written and oral
- Ability to successfully manage multiple and/or competing priorities
- Hands-on experience preparing journal entries related to VAT return filing and payment activities
- Need to be able to assist with the design and implementation of procedures to reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual activity related to various tax filing requirements

**It would be nice if you had**:
- Experience setting up e-invoices
- General ledger accounting
- Familiarity with Asia, Latin America and Canada VAT treatment
- French language skills both written and oral
