- ** Ihre Rolle **:Als Teamleiter im Customer Service bist du direkter Ansprechpartner für dein Team und den Kunden und arbeitest eng mit dem zuständigen Site Manager und den Kollegen im Lager zusammen.
- ** Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Reflektiere kontinuierlich den Status Quo und erarbeite zusammen mit deinem Team und dem Kunden Lösungen, um den Mehrwert für diesen und unser Unternehmen zu steigern;
- Sei Prozessdesigner und Projekttreiber;
- Verantworte die tägliche Auftragsabwicklung und monatliche Abrechnung zum Kunden;
- Analysiere mithilfe von Kennzahlen das aktuelle Tagesgeschehen und reagiere flexibel auf die individuellen Anforderungen;
- Stimme dich mit deinen Mitarbeitern und den Lagerkollegen ab, um gemeinsam das tägliche Ziel zu erreichen;
- Investiere in die Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder und fördere ihr individuelles Potenzial

**Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft und im Umgang mit Kunden;
- Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder Produktion;
- Mentalität, bei der sowohl deine Mitarbeiter als auch der Kunde im Fokus stehen;
- Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise und Belastbarkeit;
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch als Pluspunkt; alle anderen Sprachen sind von Vorteil;
- Affinität für logistische IT/WMS-Systeme
