Worldline Europe SA is part of Worldline. The company provides data integration services in an Application Service Provider (ASP) mode for banking, fund administration and insurance. Within our Luxembourgish entity Worldline Europe SA, we are looking for a **Business Analyst (M/F).**
**Your responsibilities**:
- Sanction monitoring and support
- Manage the regulatory watch, legal interpretation of investment compliance rules and financial sanctions imposed by the US (OFAC - Office of Foreign Assets Control), UK (OFSI - Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation), EU or other regulators;
- Have the ability to translate the aforementioned sanctions into functional specifications;
- Handle calls with externals and internals stakeholders;
- Act as a support level 2 for solving the operational issues and customer claims;
- Have the ability to interpret complex ownership structure to identify sanctioned entities or individuals according to multiple regulators requirements;
- Business Analysis
- Have the ability to interpret customer needs/requirements;
- Translate business needs into functional specifications;
- Ensure the delivery, monitoring and compliance of the business specifications.
- Testing
- Create and support appropriate testing cycles;
- Assist the customer during User Acceptance Test;
- Provide training sessions to end users.
- Support
- Act as a support level 3 for solving the operational issues and customer claims.
- Project Management
- Guarantee the follow up of the project plans;
- Reporting of issues and risks to the team leader.
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher Degree in Computer science, Economy, Finance, Management or equivalent experience;
- 5 years’ experience in similar position;
- Good understanding of the economic and financial environment is mandatory, as well as a solid knowledge of financial instruments;
- Basic knowledge of the financial data providers (i.e., Six Financial information, Bloomberg, Reuters, WM data, Interactive data) is required;
- Customer client satisfaction oriented;
- Strong analytical, conceptual reasoning and modelling skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand way;
- Good knowledge of problem solving and decision-making techniques;
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities;
- High level of integrity in handling confidential information;
- Autonomous, proactive and result-oriented individual who appreciate working in a fast and dynamic environment;
- Ability to be flexible and to work both independently and in a team environment in an international & multi-cultural environment;
- Fluent in French and English (both oral and written).
