Who We're Looking For
This position is responsible for global pricing initiatives for all messaging products in the delivery of quality support and services to internal and external customers, both domestic and international. This position reports to the Sr Product Management Director and supports both Sales and Lines of Business globally in pricing strategies, analyses, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Pricing strategies/analysis of new and existing messaging products to secure customer revenue and enhance the Syniverse relationship with the customer.
- Proactively develop renewal strategies/pricing to ensure continued revenue streams from existing customers.
- Strategize and analyze pricing proposals and options in collaboration with and support of Sales & LOB teams
- Coordinate, create and lead weekly Executive pricing reviews as required
- Work with Product Management to develop new pricing strategies/plans for new and existing products.
- Sales support to the account teams throughout the sales cycle: sales proposals; preparation and presenting presentations if required
- Restructure current standard pricing on a monthly basis, across messaging products to ensure pricing is in line with market expectations
- Direct and manage other internal teams in the Global Sales Operations organization (i.e. Regional Sales Support Managers, RFP Managers).
- Report and manage team objectives/metrics to ensure timely turnaround of pricing quotes & initiatives.
Experience, Education, and Certifications:
- BS/BA in Accounting/Finance or Business Management; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years general business experience including:
- 5 + years Telecommunications industry or related experience
- 5 + years Financial & analytical experience
Additional Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting basic principles and process
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to work with and to lead operational initiatives while consistently communicating to resources, customers, stakeholders and related management in an informative and enhanced manner.
- Customer-focused with ability to perform under pressure or handle crisis with leadership composure
- Awareness of relevant industry standards
