Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons actuellement pour le département Compliance un(e)** **Compliance Officer** **(M/F/n)**

**Vos missions**:

- Surveiller et évaluer la conformité aux réglementations et identifier les risques de non-conformité
- Participer à l’élaboration du plan de contrôle pluriannuel de la fonction compliance et à l’exécution des contrôles de deuxième ligne de défense
- Participer à l’identification des risques de conformité et à l’élaboration d’une cartographie des risques pour l’ensemble des activités sous monitoring
- Surveiller les activités de la banque pour s’assurer qu’elles respectent les réglementations
- Etablir des rapports sur les résultats du monitoring de la conformité et les potentielles faiblesses
- Emettre des recommandations concernant les faiblesses constatées
- Apporter du support aux départements impactés par les recommandations afin de mettre en place des mesures correctives
- Mettre à jour les politiques et procédures relatives aux changements dans le domaine de la réglementation financière pour assurer que la banque reste conforme
- Mettre à jour les KPI permettant de mesurer l’efficacité des procédures de conformité
- Contribuer à l’élaboration des rapports réguliers aux autorités de régulation

**Votre profil**:

- Être titulaire d’un Master (BAC+5) à orientation Economique, Financière, Droit, Gestion d’entreprise ou avoir acquis au cours de votre carrière une expérience équivalente au diplôme
- Disposer de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction compliance de deuxième ligne de défense du secteur financier avec une orientation sur les contrôles de conformité
- Disposer de solides connaissances de l’ensemble des normes règlementaires applicables aux PSF Spécialisés ainsi que les modalités de fonctionnement du secteur bancaire
- Des compétences en gestion et administration des affaires sont requises
- La connaissance des logiciels Dow Jones, Finacle et Easynets est considérée comme un atout
- Être rigoureux (se), organisé(e) avec un esprit rationnel
- Être reconnu(e) pour ses excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et rédactionnelles
- S’exprimer couramment en français et anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
