BLI - Banque de Luxembourg Investments est la société de gestion d'actifs de la Banque de Luxembourg. Elle propose des services de gestion de fonds et de portefeuilles aux clients privés et institutionnels. Depuis la signature des Principes d'Investissement Responsable des Nations Unies en 2017, la dimension ESG a pris une part croissante dans la démarche d'investissement de BLI.
Nous recherchons actuellement un-e:
Compliance Officer
Notre service BLI - Compliance & AML, au sein du département BLI - Governance and Control, veille à la conformité de la société aux lois, règles, règlements et standards applicables à une société de gestion de fonds.
Au sein de ce service, l'équipe Compliance se charge plus particulièrement d'identifier et d'évaluer les risques de conformité auxquels la société est exposée et, en fonction de cette évaluation, contribuer activement à la définition et la mise en place d'un plan de contrôle efficace et cohérent afin de mesurer et maîtriser ces risques.
En tant que Compliance Officer, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:
- Exécuter les contrôles du "Compliance Monitoring Plan" ("CMP") afin d'évaluer la robustesse de l'environnement de contrôle interne et, le cas échéant, de l'améliorer via la formulation.
- Effectuer le suivi des recommandations potentiellement émises suite aux contrôles du « CMP ».
- Préparer, à l'attention du Chief Compliance Officer, les documents d'analyse ou de synthèse ou les rapports / questionnaires réglementaires de complexité réduite ou moyenne, afin de l'assister dans la réalisation de sa mission.
- Identifier et analyser les événements ad hoc respectivement les instructions ad hoc des autorités de contrôle compétentes et touchant à la fonction Compliance, afin de mettre en place, le cas échéant, les mesures de contrôle et de reporting spécifiques requis.
- Participer à des projets ad hoc, notamment de veille règlementaires, liés à des sujets Compliance (MiFID, Abus de marché, Réclamations clients, etc.), afin de veiller à la bonne prise en considération et implémentation des sujets pertinents pour la fonction Compliance.
**Profil**:
- Vous avez un Master en Droit, Economie ou Finance, idéalement complété par une spécialisation ou certification dans le domaine de la compliance.
- Vous avez 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire au sein d'une société de gestion de fonds ou dans une société de conseil.
- Vous connaissez le domaine des fonds d'investissements et le fonctionnement d'une société de gestion et avez une excellente connaissance de l'environnement réglementaire lié à ce secteur (notamment la circulaire CSSF 18-698).
- Vous aimez la polyvalence et avez un sens confirmé des responsabilités et du travail en équipe, valeurs essentielles de notre culture d'entreprise.
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences analytiques et vous faites preuve d'une aisance relationnelle.
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.
