**Function**:
Joining our sales Team will give you the opportunity to express your talents everyday by:

- Defining and executing strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets,
- Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature,
- Answering to private and public tenders,
- Establishing commercial proposals for customers and prospects,
- Identifying new business opportunities based on strong market’s knowledge,
- Developing and executing innovative strategies to convert prospects into clients,
- Cross-selling our services portfolio across our different segments,
- Managing customer relationships and a pipeline of clients in our CRM,
- Acting as Company’s ambassador and attend to events and fairs,
- Promoting our values: Service Spirit, Team Spirit and Spirit of Progress.

**Profile**:

- You are graduated in sales with a bachelor's degree (Bac +3) min.,
- At least 5 -10 years’ experience as sales manager and business developer,
- Proven track record in signing and retaining existing business accounts,
- Farmer and hunter mindset, you establish strong relationships with clients,
- As a Teamwork player, you work both independently and collaboratively,
- Good knowledge in the field of services is a key advantage, having an existing clients’ portfolio is a plus,
- You are proficient in using CRM analysis tools and the Office package,
- Good organizational skills, innovative and analytical capabilities,
- Fluent in French and English; any other spoken language is a plus.
