**Your mission**
- within a defined remit
- contact with external suppliers of online information resources
- management of user accesses for databases, keeping/updating a comprehensive list of accesses
- keep a comprehensive overview of a standard portfolio of online information resources
- identify and retrieve online information resources in line with business needs
- provide users support and handle requests submitted by colleagues regarding approval for databases accesses
- inform colleagues of policies, procedures and processes regarding the access and use of online information resources
- provide administrative support to collaborate with other teams for the information resources procurement and contract management
- communication and marketing regarding available online information resources, including maintenance of related Intranet content and presentations to colleagues
- monitor and request usage statistics of online information resources
- select, test and implement new tools supporting the management of online information resources.
**Your profile**
**Qualification**
University Degree in Library or Information Management studies (BAC +2 or higher).
**Professional experience**
- relevant experience in a corporate information management service
- experience of identification, acquisition, registration, access management of digital information resources
- using the following standard tools: Word, Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, Outlook, Pdf, Html editor.
**Linguistic skills**
- Fluent in English or French and a good command of the other to be able to work in both languages interchangeably
- Knowledge of any other EU language would be an advantage.
