**Key accountabilities**:

- Collects and checks all the transport required documentation and updates all the applicable tools with the relevant data in due time
- When applicable, coordinates with the Customs authorities the achievement of the appropriate customs clearance of the shipments within the agrees delays
- Keeps on informing Customer on their shipment status, after departure / arrival and whenever opportune
- Performs the continuous proactive shipment monitoring and anticipates any delay and/or issue by escalating to the relevant business partners and managers when required
- Prepares all the transport invoices according to the applicable procedures

**Working conditions**:

- 6-month working contract; full time (8 hours / day, 40 hours / week)
- Flexible working hours; smart working allowed according to the set rules
- Other benefits linked to the relevant R.C.S. grade (N).
- Sound knowledge of the transport industry (DHL group: advantage)
- Insanely Customer Centric with a previous similar at least 2-year experience in a Customer Care role
- Business and commercial acumen
- Fluent in French and English (spoken + written); German = advantage.
- Extremely rigorous in monitoring the shipment status and related data
- Excellent organizational and stress management skills, with an ability in multitasking and working under pressure
- Strong team spirit
- Independent
- Positive and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Good MS Office computer soft skills
